A Building Permit is REQUIRED for ANY Residential or Commercial exterior or interior renovations, remodeling, additions or new construction.

A Zoning Permit is REQUIRED for ANY fence installation.

Building, Zoning and Mechanical Permit Applications can be found in the Building and Housing Department located in the Hibbing City Hall, and on the City of Hibbing website: www.hibbingmn.gov
