NOTICE TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF HIBBING & ALL LICENSED CONTRACTORS:
A Building Permit is REQUIRED for ANY Residential or Commercial exterior or interior renovations, remodeling, additions or new construction.
A Zoning Permit is REQUIRED for ANY fence installation and ANY shed or accessory structure 200 sq. ft. or less in size.
Building, Zoning and Mechanical Permit Applications can be found in the Building and Housing Department (second floor) located in City Hall and on the City of Hibbing website www.hibbingmn.gov.
