Minnesota DNR crews began installing new boat ramp pavers at the Carey Lake boat launch today. The city signed an agreement with DNR for the project early this year, according to Director of City Services Nick Arola. The DNR, which received state funding in the 2023 legislative session to go toward boat landings, is providing materials and labor for the project. The revamp is hoped to be done by week’s end.
