[ARCHIVED] Several stray felines seeking owners at Hibbing Animal Intake

Several stray felines are now at our intake and awaiting their owners. 

  • Upper left/pink collar: Older kitten found in the 3300 block of First Avenue and taken by HPD to Hibbing Animal Intake on Monday, July 28. 
  • Upper center: This male cat was found in the 800 block of West 37th Street and taken by HPD to Hibbing Animal Intake on Thursday, July 24.
  • Upper right: Gray and white cat found in the Kelly Lake area and taken by HPD to Hibbing Animal Intake on Friday, July 25.
  • Lower left: This kitten was found near Country Estates and taken by HPD to Hibbing Animal Intake on Friday, July 25.
  • Lower centers: These two kittens (gray and orange) were found on Oja Road and taken by HPD to Hibbing Animal Intake last week. 
  • Lower right: This kitten was found near the 3100 block of 4th Avenue West and taken by HPD to Hibbing Animal Intake on Monday, July 28.

If yours, please call 218-262-1900 to identify and claim. Proof of ownership and ID are required. Hibbing Animal Intake is located at 11215 Hwy. 37.

These kittens will be placed on a five-day hold before going to another rescue or being put up for adoption. 

We are also seeking foster families. If you have room in your heart and home to help care for an animal in need, we’d love to hear from you.
