Council members will consider amending Hibbing City Code Chapter 10 entitled "Public Protection, Crimes and Offenses” by revising section 10.22 ‘Cat Regulation’ and, by adopting by reference Hibbing City Code Chapter 1 and section 10.99, which among other things, contain penalty provisions at the Wednesday, Jan. 21, meeting. Meeting begins at 5 p.m. in the council chambers at city hall.
