The City of Hibbing is conducting a housing needs assessment to identify housing needs in Hibbing. As part of this process, the City is conducting a survey to better understand residents current and future housing needs. As a resident, worker, or business owner in the Hibbing area, you have a valuable perspective that will help us understand important housing needs in Hibbing. You are invited to participate in the housing survey that will help create a vision and strategy for the future of housing in Hibbing.
As a thank you for your participation, upon completion of the survey you will be eligible to enter a drawing for gift cards from the following retailers:
