City offices and Hibbing Public Library will be closed on Monday, Jan. 19, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Normal business hours resume on Tuesday, Jan. 20.
Garbage pick-up will occur between 6 a.m. and noon on Monday. Please have containers about by 6 a.m.
