Council members will consider amending Hibbing City Code Chapter 2 entitled "Administration and General Government” by revising Section 2.16 ‘Library Board’ and, by adopting by reference Hibbing City Code Chapter 1 and section 2.99, which among other things, contain penalty provisions at its meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 5. Meeting begins at 5 p.m. in the council chambers at city hall.
