NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO VACATE THAT ALLEY RUNNING BETWEEN 2ND AVENUE NORTH AND 1ST AVENUE NORTH BETWEEN LOTS 22 AND 23, BLOCK 3, AND LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 3, RESPECTIVELY ALL IN STATE SECOND ADDITION TO KELLY LAKE YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, that on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 5:00 o'clock P.M. at the Council Chambers in City Hall, 401 East 21st Street, City of Hibbing, State of Minnesota, there will be a public hearing to consider the following Resolution: After due and proper published and posted notice of hearing and due and proper written notice of hearing mailed to each property owner affected, a public hearing was duly held in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 401 East 21st Street, City of Hibbing, State of Minnesota, at 5:00 o'clock P.M. on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at which time it was determined that it is in the best interest of the public to vacate that alley running between 2nd Avenue North and 1st Avenue North between Lots 22 and 23, Block 3, and Lots 17 and 18, Block 3, respectively all in State Second Addition to Kelly Lake, situated in the City of Hibbing, County of St. Louis, State of Minnesota. Therefore, that alley running between 2nd Avenue North and 1st Avenue North between Lots 22 and 23, Block 3, and Lots 17 and 18, Block 3, respectively all in State Second Addition to Kelly Lake, in the City of Hibbing, County of St. Louis, State of Minnesota, is hereby vacated.
