The city council will once again consider amending Hibbing City Code Chapter 10 by adding a chapter entitled "Cannabis Use Within Public Places" at its next regular meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 8.

Changes in this proposed ordinance in comparison to the original is in Subd. 4 regarding the limit number of license cannabis retailers, cannabis mezzobusinesses with a retail operations endorsement, and cannabis microbusinesses with a retail operations endorsement.
