Council members will consider amending Hibbing City Code Chapter 6 entitled "Other Business Regulation and Licensing" by amending Section 6.28 entitled "Taxicabs," and, by adopting by reference Hibbing City Code Chapter 1 and section 6.99, which among other things, contain penalty provisions at its meeting on Wednesday, May 7. Meeting begins at 5 p.m. in the council chambers at city hall.
