Council members will consider amending Hibbing City Code Chapter 2 entitled "Administration and General Government” by revising section 2.16 ‘Library Board’ and, by adopting by reference Hibbing City Code Chapter 1 and section 2.99, which among other things, contain penalty provisions at the reorganizational meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 7. Meeting begins at 5 p.m. in the council chambers at city hall.
