If you are a veteran applying for Veterans' Preference points, the Application for Veteran's Preference Points form must be completed and submitted with the appropriate documentation by the application deadline. 

How To Submit Applications

Submit by email to akleffman@hibbingmn.gov or;

Submit by mail or in person to; 

City of Hibbing Human Resources Department at 401 East 21st Street, Hibbing, MN 55746.

Please submit the following with your completed application:

1. Copy of certificate of Completion- NFPA 1001 or equivalent
2. Copy of certificate- National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician
3. Copy of- Valid Minnesota Class “D” driver’s license or equivalent
4. Copy of certificate- AHA CPR or equivalent
5. Application Cover Letter
6. Professional Resume
7. Any other valid applicable licenses or certifications
