Billing Inquiries

The Hibbing Fire Department uses a third party billing vendor for our ambulance billing.

As of September 1, 2025, our billing vendor is ECP Services.  They can be reached at 1-866-777-6008

ECP Services :

• Inquiries & Insurance: Patients can visit ecpbilling.com to ask questions or upload their insurance information.
• Payments: To make a payment, patients should use the patient portal at personapay.com/ecp/login.
• Phone Number: Our toll-free number is 866-777-6008.
• Point of Contact: Patients do not need to ask for anyone specific; anyone who answers the phone will be able to assist them.
